The office is made up of three attorneys, Jonathan O. Albanese, Gwen Seaquist, and Amy Emerson who are engaged entirely in real estate practice and estate law. Additional staff includes five paralegals and 3 support staff. The Professional Escrow and Title Agency, LLC and the Law Offices of Steve Bowman and are also located within the office proper.

Outside of representing the current clientele, the office also handles a substantial volume of private real estate closings that have averaged approximately 800-1000 a year.

To accommodate these closings, the office contains 2 closing rooms, four private offices for the attorneys, a large area for the paralegal/support staff, and a reception waiting area. It is equipped with two state of the art digital copy machines, a facsimile machine, and a local area network computer system utilizing SoftPro.
