Albanese Law Office and it's predecessors, Albanese Law Firm and Albanese and Mulvey Law Firm, have been in business since 1950. The firm started as a general practice law firm, but has exclusively engaged in real estate, mortgage lender/title company representation, and estates since 1986.

It currently provides mortgage closing services to a number of lending institutions, as well as to individual and commercial clients for real estate purchases and sales. The office also acts as a title agent in representation for many other lender's attorneys and title companies statewide and nationwide who are in need of local counsel.

Jonathan O. Albanese, principal attorney, received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 1982 and Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in 1980, and has been in private practice since 1982.
